11. Inquiries & Sample Requests
Submitting an inquiry, request for quotation, or sample request via our website, contact forms, or email does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A binding agreement is established only upon our issuance of a written order confirmation, Proforma Invoice, or signed contract.
12. OEM/ODM Services
If you engage our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services:
All product designs, tooling, molds, and specifications developed for you remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing
Custom product specifications, branding, and packaging requirements must be confirmed in a separate OEM/ODM Agreement
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lead times, and pricing for custom orders will be provided upon request and confirmed in the formal quotation
Tooling and mold costs, where applicable, are non-recurring and will be specified in the OEM/ODM Agreement
13. User Content
